Perfect for students new to the practice of yoga, as well as experienced students that would like a refresher of the basics.
In this 2 part series we will explore some of the basic postures, breathing, and meditation techniques that make up the practice of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Students will gain a basic understanding of benefits, proper alignment, and techniques to prepare them for an all levels class.
Yoga is for everyone. You don't need to be flexible or strong, you just simply need the desire to arrive at your mat and do your best.

The content of each session will be different, but if you are only available to attend one of the sessions in the 2 part series, you may do so at a rate of $30 per session. Both sessions are available for total of $50. When you attend the first session you will receive a promo code for the discounted second session.

If you have a mat, please bring it. Otherwise, we will provide a mat for you on your first visit to the studio.
