Hi! I’m Whitney!
My greatest passion and longest relationship has been with dance. Over years of movement training, I came across many forms of yoga. It took until 2013 to find a style that I connected with, which inspired an elevated commitment to my yogic practice.
In 2015 I completed a 200 hour teacher training with Dhyana Yoga, where my understanding of yoga transformed! Originally, I was drawn to the physicality of asana practice. My training introduced me to yogic theory, mantra, pranayama (breath) and meditation, all of which have transformed the way I approach practicing and teaching.
I teach a dynamic flow in an Ashtanga-based Vinyasa, as I am interested in exploring the relationship between athletic rigor and reflective calm. I believe in the ability to build both inner and outer strength, through thoughtful anatomical alignment and breath. I strive to offer a class that creates a safe and supported environment for students to enjoy their practice, and always welcome feedback!

Experience the balance, peace and self-awareness that a Mindful Flow can bring you. Emphasis is on meditation-in-motion that you create by connecting breath with movement, all while building strength, flexibility, and warmth in your body.
Meditation (5 - 10 minutes) helps you find new ways to engage your life with experiences that teach, heal, & enhance everything around you.
