Meditation often gets overlooked as an important part of yoga. Sitting by oneself is hard and takes practice. We want to enrich our students' yoga practice by including 5 - 10 minutes of dedicated meditation in a few classes. AND we have Mala beads as a tool for meditation. No experience is needed, our teachers will guide you. Classes offered are Hatha + Meditation, Kripalu Mindful Flow + Meditation, Mindful Flow + Meditation and Vinyasa + Meditation.
