It was so exciting to have a full studio of students wanting to know more about Mindfulness & Meditation. What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon! Mindfulness & Meditation changed my life and my hope is that these students found inspiration to start or deepen their practice. Allowing stillness in the body and mind has so many wonderful benefits and reduced stress is just one of them!

Be True to You

Happy New Year! The beginning of a new year is always so exciting to me and I love the feeling of embracing new ways to approach life. What I've realized over the years is that the most important thing I can do when I decide I want to change something in my life, is to stay true to who I am and never try to be anyone else. My yoga practice taught me this important lesson. 

It doesn't matter what anyone else is doing. Just do you! Happiness is at its highest level when we stay connected and rooted to our unique soul.
