August Mantra - One with Nature

Well hello there August! Perhaps this is a time when you journey outside of your daily routines for vacation, for a day out in the sun, or for completing a task you've set aside to accomplish when it's nice out. In this journey outside of routine, we can remind ourselves to stay connected to nature, both our inner nature of who we are and the natural world around us. This month on our mats we'll dig deeper into the 5 elements within us and nature, and our combined union. See you soon!
