A class designed for anyone interested in the benefits of yoga without having to sit on the floor. From a seated or supported standing position you will strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, practice balance, and experience breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve mental focus.
 
All levels welcome.
Pace: Relaxed
A supported, soft, nurturing, and relaxed class with gradual transitions from one posture to the next. You'll have time to focus on your breath and find the range of motion that is best for you as you move through seated, standing and balancing poses. Blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, and the wall are available to support you in your practice.

Hatha is a traditional style of practice focusing on alignment in foundational postures. You’ll awaken self-awareness, and build strength and flexibility, by spending more time in each posture to witness the effects in your body, mind & spirit. 
 
Meditation (5 – 10 mins) gives you the opportunity to listen to your inner wisdom and connect deeper with your true self.

Kripalu means being compassionate, and this style of yoga invites you to have an inward experience to enhance the ability to listen to your inner wisdom that guides you in the flow of life. Classes begin with an emphasis on being present in your body, sustaining a flowing breath and warming up. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance body, mind & spirit. The overall experience is one of learning to love and nurture yourself.

Options will be offered to make it a very active practice, or if you just need to chill out in child's pose the entire time, that's respected and loved by us!

When you don't have an hour or more to fit your practice into your busy schedule, join us for this 45 min Vinyasa Flow. Energize and revitalize your body, mind & spirit! Vinyasa focuses on linking conscious breath with a flow of postures, like a beautiful melody sung through your body. You will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing your body and calming your mind. Options will be offered to make it a very active practice, or if you just need to chill out in child's pose the entire time, that's respected and loved by us! 
 
Single class card rate for this class is only $10. You can also use your class card package or membership.

You deserve this! Restorative yoga is a way to totally relax, release stress, and invite in a peaceful, nurturing, calm sense of being. You’ll be guided in gentle twists, forward folds, and other poses that are supported with bolsters, blocks, and blankets. You’ll spend soothing extended time in each pose to maximize the benefits. It can be beneficial for everyone, especially those of you that are constantly on the go! As if the practice isn't soothing enough, we send you home with a cup of herbal tea. Ahhhhhhh........

Yin
Are you a runner, cyclist, athlete, or just someone wanting more flexibility and a good stretch in body, mind & spirit? You will hold postures for an extended time (2 - 5 min) to focus on the deep release of your body's connective tissues and fascia. Yin is also great for increasing mobility, circulation, and regulating energy flow throughout your body as many poses target energy channels and meridians. Yin yoga is the perfect compliment to a “yang” or more active yoga practice.
