A class designed for anyone interested in the benefits of yoga without having to sit on the floor. From a seated or supported standing position you will strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, practice balance, and experience breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve mental focus.

A supported, soft, nurturing and relaxed class with gradual transitions from one posture to the next. You'll have time to focus on your breath and find the range of motion that is best for you. Blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps are provided to support you in your practice.

Hatha - ha meaning “sun” and tha meaning “moon.” Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In your physical body you develop a balance of strength and flexibility. In this alignment based class, you hold poses for several breaths to balance your effort, and surrender in each pose.
 
Dedicated meditation time during this class gives you the opportunity transcend the endless chatter of the mind and relax.

A music centered class offering a heat building vinyasa flow along with fun beats. Yoga can be a great release or escape from the daily grind and music can also provide the same healing. Come get your yoga groove on with rock, pop, country, soul, R&B, funk and much more!

When you don't have an hour or more to fit your practice into your busy schedule, join us for this 45 min Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa focuses on linking conscious breath with a flow of postures. You will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Options will be offered to make it a very active practice, or if you just need to chill out in child's pose the entire time, that's respected and loved by us!

You deserve this! Restorative yoga is a way to totally relax, release stress and invite in peaceful, nurturing energy. It can be beneficial for everyone, especially those of you that are constantly on the go! As if the practice isn't soothing enough, we send you home with a cup of herbal tea. Ahhhhhhh........

Yin
Are you a runner, cyclist, athlete, or just someone wanting more flexibility and a good stretch in body, mind & spirit? Yin Yoga is a slow, centering practice that focuses on finding deep release of your body's connective tissues. You hold postures for an extended period of time in order to allow the deep muscle tissues and fascia to be activated. Yin yoga is the perfect compliment to a “yang” or more active yoga practice.
